Loneliness
can occur as a person becomes older. Attending our Day Centre can
give you something to look forward to and provide focus to your week.
You will find good company, a nourishing meal, varied activities and
entertainment as well as transport to and from your door.
We aim to
provide a warm friendly and caring atmosphere for all those
attending. All activities are aimed to promote a sense of well being
and enjoyment for everyone. Listening to members concerns and worries
is an important part of our day.
Staff aimto widen the network of support for those attending. We will liaise
with carers, family and professionals
concerned in our members care. The goal of the Day Centre staff and
management is to support each member thus enabling them to retain
their independence and continue living in their own home.
